1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

At ReplyPops, customer satisfaction and transparency are our highest priorities. If you subscribe to any of our paid plans (Creator Pro, Business Suite, or Enterprise) and are not fully satisfied with our AI automation features, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

2. Subscription Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your ReplyPops subscription at any time directly from your Account Settings → Billing Management dashboard. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation penalties.

Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be billed again.

3. Refund Processing & Payout Timelines

Approved refunds are credited directly back to the original payment method used during checkout:

• Easypaisa & JazzCash Mobile Wallets: Refund is credited back within 24 to 48 hours.
• Pakistani Bank Accounts (RAAST / 1Link): Refund is credited within 2 to 4 business days.
• Visa / Mastercard Debit & Credit Cards: Depending on your card-issuing bank, refund reflects within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Fair Usage

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Custom dedicated enterprise server setups that have been provisioned and operated past the 7-day trial window.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g. unsolicited spam, fraudulent phishing, or harassment).
