01. How to Delete Your Data
In strict compliance with Meta Platform Terms, YouTube API User Data Policies, and Discord Developer Policies, ReplyPops provides three fast and permanent methods to delete your account data:
To wipe all connected credentials, cached data, and active triggers immediately:
- Log in to your dashboard at https://replypops.com.
- Go to Connected Accounts / Command Hub.
- Click Disconnect / Remove Account for any connected Instagram, YouTube, or Discord server.
- All encrypted tokens, webhook endpoints, and cached analytics are purged from our database within 5 seconds.
If you removed the ReplyPops application directly from your Facebook or Instagram profile:
- Go to your Facebook / Instagram Settings & Privacy ➔ Settings.
- Select Apps and Websites and find ReplyPops.
- Click Remove.
- Meta sends an automated signed payload to our Deletion Callback, which revokes and erases all corresponding access tokens automatically.
To revoke ReplyPops's access to your Google account and YouTube Channel:
- Visit Google Account Permissions (myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Locate ReplyPops in the list of Third-party apps & services, and click Remove Access (or Delete all connections).
- Alternatively, disconnect directly in the ReplyPops dashboard under Connected Accounts ➔ YouTube ➔ Disconnect to instantly purge all stored tokens and cached channel data.
